A food stamp survey done in Billings, MT shows 18 of 96 food stamp applicants said DUI, fines, or mandatory auto insurance was a reason for needing food stamps. Hank says that is very few. My daughter needs a counselor to help her with severe anxiety issues. She's a married mother of two small children. Her husband is supportive and works full time.
